PRA International has promoted 10 executives and the addition of a vice president, recruiting. The following will report to Pat Donnelly, president and chief executive officer, and are members of the corporate executive committee: J. Matthew Bond, executive vice president and chief financial officer oversees the company’s financial management and investor relations; Dr. Monika Pietrek, executive vice president, global scientific and medical affairs directs the company’s product development consulting, medical and safety oversight, regulatory strategies, and late stage development services; Bruce Teplitzky, executive vice president, business development is responsible for proposal and contracts management, marketing and strategic business development; Bucky Walsh, executive vice president, corporate development oversees the company’s technology infrastructure and corporate development; Gail O’Mullan, senior vice president, talent management oversees the company’s human resources, recruiting and training efforts.

The following have been appointed to the position of vice president and named officers of the company: Paula Bain, vice president, operations-West (U.S.); Spiro Fotopoulos, vice president, legal affairs; Jeannie Inge, vice president, IT; Jason Packwood, vice president, project start up; and Lisa Roettger, vice president, human resources.

The company has also named Irv Towson, vice president, recruiting. Mr. Towson, with 17 years experience in human resources and recruiting, joins the company from Lafarge North America.
